Talk about living up to your name as artists! This Alberta trio all have worked (one still does) as national park wardens, and their vibrant stories in song reflect the backwoods countryside along with experiences forged from their lengthy careers.
Keeping alive the most traditional style of folk country mountain music, their collaboration has grown from events within the park service, to stages as far as Alaska, and alongside artists such as Blue Rodeo and Paul Brandt.
I talk to Scott about all those aspects and a few more varied items that came up along the way.
